Concern Worldwide Liberia seeks to engage qualified service providers to deliver specialised technical support for the 2026 Concern Liberia at 30 Learning Series. This procurement aims to secure professional expertise in three core areas:

Concern Worldwide marks 30 years of programming in Liberia in 2026. To commemorate this milestone, a national learning series will be held across three events between April and October 2026. These events will highlight program lessons, showcase progress in hunger and nutrition, climate adaptation and locally led development, and consolidate new strategic commitments.

The service provider is expected to uphold ethical standards in engaging with participants and reporting findings.
Concern Worldwide Liberia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, cancel the solicitation process, and modify the scope of work or timeline as needed.
