Agriculture materials

The purpose of this request is to solicit quotations for assorted agriculture tools for the ASPIRE project funded by the Embassy of Ireland through Action Against Hunger component of which is being implemented by Community Healthcare Initiative – CHI

Please see below the Technical Specification for the RFQ.

Quotation Due Date:

July 30, 2025, at 5:00 pm. Quotations received after this date will not be considered.

ALL Quotations will be evaluated based on Price, quality of the materials, and reference information

CHI deserves the right to award one or more contracts resulting from this request to the offeror (s) whose quotation(s) conform to the request offer(s) with the greatest value. CHI may also (a) reject any or all quotations, (b) accept other than the lowest quotation, or (c) accept more than one quotation.

Contracts may be issued for some or all the deliverables. CHI may award a contract without discussions with offerors. As such, offerors are strongly encouraged to submit their best quotations with their original submissions. CHI reserves the right to conduct discussions, which may result in revisions to quotations, with one or more than one or all offeror(s) if CHI determines, at its sole discretion, discussions to be necessary.

Quotations must include the following:

1. Offer must be on company letterhead, signed and stamped.
2. A copy of Offeror’s valid business registration and tax clearance.
3. A sample Photos

Price Quotations:

Please provide a detailed breakdown of pricing, including the unit price of each item, the total cost, and all applicable taxes. Prices must be in USD and quotation valid for 30 days; Offerors must clarify if the items are in stock and if not in stock, when they expect to have the items in stock.

Partial and full delivery options are accepted.
