| (b) Quotation total price must be specify either in USD. | ||||||
| (c) Taxes and discounts should be separated from the base price | ||||||
| (d) Price quote will be valid for a period of 1 month | ||||||
| (e) Following documents are required : | ||||||
| (i) Copy of valid business registration. | ||||||
| (ii) Copy of VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable). | ||||||
| (iii) Up to date copy of Tax clearance. | ||||||
| (iv) Business Bank Accout Datails | ||||||
| (e) Others Terms & Conditions: | ||||||
| (i) Income Tax, VAT will be deducted at source as per applicable Government regulations. | ||||||
| (ii) Delivery should be given at BRAC Liberia Country office/as designated at supplier’s own cost. | ||||||
| (iii) [Optional: if in the opinion of BLPD a performance security would be beneficial, then it may be requested for an amount of up to 5% of the Purchase Order value 5% of the total amount will have to be deposited by successful bidders as performance security. | ||||||
| (iv) Confirm the availability of stock or nearest delivery date | ||||||
| Please place your quotation in a sealed envelope clearly marked: “(Motorbikes), Attn: Administration and Procurement Manager” | ||||||
| (v) In order to guarantee that the process is fully followed, kindly sign and stamp a copy of the RFQ and attach it to your bid. | ||||||
| (vi) The sealed and labeled envelope shall be submitted to BRAC Country Office no later | ||||||
| than Friday November 15, 2024 at 3:30pm at the below addresses | ||||||
