REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RfQ):
Internews Liberia implements a five-year USAID-funded Media Activity project designed to enhance the human and institutional capacity of the media while advocating for and maintaining current media freedoms to reliably carry out responsible journalism, drive reforms, and increase revenue, to expand Liberians’ engagement with government and increasing accountability. A key component of the project is to ensure organizational and financial sustainability of community radio stations improved. Internews Liberia therefore invites eligible vendors to submit quotations for the following broadcast related equipment indicated in four lots.
Internews, in the framework of the project “Liberia Media Activity” funded by USAID, is requesting quotations from specialized companies to provide the below equipment. Companies can send a quotation for one or more lots.

Submit quotation as per lot to gsolomon@internews.org and copy csayeh@internews.org and lbach@internews.org. The quotation should indicate the lot(s) that you are submitting the quotation for, and should include the following documents and information:
- Updated Business Registration
- Tax Clearance
- Past Performance record /clients
- Delivery timeframe
The deadline for submission is January 3, 2022, by 5:00 pm (GMT)
