As part of the implementation of its “Meeting Target and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) funded by USAID as part of the U.S President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), FHI 360 is seeking the services of a Consultant/Radio Producer to identify 9 radio stations capable of airing of radio jingles in four counties (2 in Margibi, 2 in Grand Bassa, 2 in Nimba and 3 in Montserrado as stated below.

Description of goods/service
FHI 360 is seeking the services of a Consultant/Radio Producer who will identify 9 radiostations to play series of radio jingles (under 2 minutes each) recorded in four local dialectsand simple Liberian English. The audio messages/jingles will promote the following behaviors: Getting an HIV Test, Enroll in PrEP, Stigma & Discrimination and Enroll in careand adhering to treatment.
It is expected that the messages/jingles will be played 2-3 times daily fromMonday-Fridayon9radiostations in the four counties (3 radio stations in Montserrado, 2 radio stations each in Margibi, GrandBassa and Nimba).

Basis for Award of Contact or Purchase Order –The quotations will be evaluatedbasedonthefollowing criteria:
∙ Cost or Price – 20%
∙ Quality of goods/service- 30%
∙ Capacity to supply goods/service– 30% ∙ Delivery Time – 10%
∙ Responsiveness of the quotation in meeting required specifications – 10%
Purchase Order Terms:
∙ This purchase order (PO) is subject to all the terms and conditions set forth360POTerms “supplier’s delivery of products, the performance of services or issuance of invoices in connection with this purchase order establishes Supplier’s agreement to the terms. The Terms may be modified only in writing and signed by both parties.
∙ Termination: FHI 360 has the right to terminate the contract at any time ∙ This contract shall not be subcontracted to a 3rd Party.
