Individual Producer for SBCC Audio Messages
Background
FHI 360 is a nonprofit human development organization dedicated to improving lives in lasting ways by advancing integrated, locally driven solutions. FHI 360 is seeking the services of a consultant to produce Audio Messages in Monrovia, Liberia. The Consultant will produce series of radio episodes and produce pre-recorded elements to be aired on 9 radio stations in four counties (Montserrado, Margibi, G. Bassa and Nimba Counties) to air episodes as planned. The audio messages will be developed from four SBCC scripts General HIV Testing, PrEP, Stigma & Discrimination, and Treatment.
These audio messages will be recorded in simple Liberian English and four local dialects (Kpelleh, Bassa, Gio, and Mano).

Scope of Work
The individual Consultant Radio Producer is expected to provide the following services.
1. Participate in coordination meetings |
a. Meet with FHI 360 to review the scope of work and ensure clarity of roles and expectations. |
b. Participate in planning meetings with radio station producers and on-air presenters to better understand their technical needs and approaches, as needed. |
c. Participate in other coordination meetings or workshops, as deemed necessary by FHI 360. |
2. Produce creative content |
a. Develop 16 audio (jingles) messages in simple English and four local dialects (Kpelleh, Bassa, Gio, and Mano). Reaffirmation b. Present draft products to FHI 360, receive comments, and ensure to incorporate feedback. |
c. Develop episode elements (in 16-episode batches) according to the approved programming matrix. This will include the production of all pre-recorded content and detailed outlines used by on-air presenters to execute live content. Note: The Consultant Audio Producer will |
be responsible for providing all high-quality equipment to carry out the production of pre recorded elements for the radio program. FHI 360 will not be responsible for any procurement, hiring or leasing of any equipment to produce pre-recorded content. Pre recorded content must be presented in four languages: Liberian English, Kpelleh, Bassa, and Mano. |
d. Submit draft pre-recorded elements and live content detailed outlines (in 16-episode batches) to FHI 360 for review. Integrate any feedback from FHI 360 to produce updated pre recorded elements and live content detailed outlines. |
