REPORTING TO : Indirect Distribution Manager
DEPARTMENT : Indirect Sales (Distribution)
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To implement and drive the Sales Strategy and action plans for the Indirect Sales and Distribution of Orange Liberia product and services to Resellers, Distributors, Agents and Merchants within the assigned Sales Region.
Furthermore, it must facilitate and guarantee the meeting of Sales Targets and Revenue Margins across the Customer network within the sales region.

Mission
To implement Orange Liberia and Orange Money Indirect Distribution strategy in the sales region under his responsibility.
Core Elements of the job (Objectives)
• Ensures the availability of products at his Distributor’s warehouse, Branches, Points of Sales and that the volume and value is aligned to its overall targets
• Participate in the definition and implementation of the business development plan of Distributor(s) and the actors of the indirect Distribution network in its area
• Act as an interface between Indirect Distribution Actors (Distributors, Resellers, Retails, etc.) and the Orange Liberia structures
Technical Activities
Participates in the execution of the governance policy defined by Indirect Distribution Management for its Multichannel Actors
• Ensures the execution of the Distributor’s order plans
• Analyses performance indicators and proposes corrective actions in case of underperformance and alert event
• Analyses and interprets the weekly results of his Distributor and set up needed actions plan to catch up gaps for achievement of Sales Targets
• Contribute to the cost savings target of the business
• Ensure that the Agent Network in the Region is managed by the Distribution team through identifying & troubleshooting poorly performing outlets.
• Monitor and measure the regional profitability of the& L of the region Channel partners, agents, merchants & Orange Liberia Manage P&L of the region
• Define quantitative (turnover and recruitment) and Points Of Sales (e-recharge, Scratch Cards, Buy Bundle, Orange Money, etc.) creation and deployment targets to his Distributor and per County
• Ensure Customers Base Growth Targets by setting up strong acquisition actions plans with its Distributor commercial area; monitor and motivate Distributors Team, Indirect Distribution Actors, and assigned Recruitment Taskforce for overall Targets achievement
• Build up Points Of Sales (POS) and Market animation plan to guarantee Sales Growth targets and Orange Liberia Leadership all over its Distributor commercial Region
• Ensure a thorough understanding of the Orange Liberia products and services, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent delivery of sales and sales messages to all customers
• Ensure realization of the Points Of Sales visits targets by its Team all over his Distributor’s commercial Region
• Monitors, analyses, and controls the achievement of commercial objectives
Organizational and Supervision activities
• Coordinates the activities of the Indirect Distribution Team (TSA, etc.) and external Partners assigned to him
• Participates in the evaluation of the performance of the partners and their staff
• Centralize and report all information relating to customers, Telco, Mobile Money activities, and Competitors’ Operations in the area
• Ensures upward, downward and transversal information
• Prepares and participates in zone meetings with partners
• Controls and evaluates the quality and reaching of the objectives of its Team Members
• Provide regular feedback concerning the performance of the sales team and customer base against set KPIs, identify non-
• performers and ensure appropriate action are taken
• Ensures the development of the skills of its Team
• Take responsibility for self-development through self-study, identification of learning opportunities
• Embark on a continuous learning drive to stay abreast with best practices in Telecoms and related industries
• Address and resolve escalated issues from the sales team
• Ensure compliance to processes and procedures
• Ensure that Agents within the region comply with all standards and adhere to alt the MFS Policies & Procedures, at all levels (staff/shops/stock/finances/reports, etc.)
• Weekly, Monthly activities and actions plan reports to be shared with Indirect Distribution Management for easy decision making
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Formal Qualification: Bachelor of Science / Art / Business Administration in Economics, Sales, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent
• Experience: 4 – 6 years in regional Senior Management role in Indirect Sales and Distribution Networks, Leadership Skills, Tactical planning
