Position: Full-Time / Part Time Sales Agent

About Us: M&J Distribution, a subsidiary of M&J Warehouse, is a leading supplier in the construction industry in Liberia. Our offerings encompass a wide range of products and services, including our new product, Power Cement, along with various other construction materials and machinery.

Job Summary: We are seeking energetic and motivated Sales Agents to join our team, for our various branches located throughout Montserrado. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our wide array of products, including Power Cement, a new addition to our product line. This is a commission- based role with unlimited earning possibilities tied to performance.

Responsibilities:

– Promoting and selling Power Cement, our new product, along with other construction materials and machinery Services.

– Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities within the designated branch location.

– Providing exceptional customer service, including after-sales support. – Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets

– Understanding the technical aspects of our products & service – Manage and maintain sales records

– Attending sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required

Requirements:

– Previous experience in sales, preferably in the construction or related industry

– Strong communication and negotiation skills

– Ability to understand technical product information

– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

– Flexibility to travel as needed
