POSITION : Sales Manager – B2B
REPORTING TO : Deputy Director of Corporate Sales (B2B)

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Promote Orange Liberia B2B products through operational leadership of the account management sales team. This includes supporting, guiding, and monitoring the sales team activities i.e., go-to-market execution, sales calls, product demonstrations, proposals, presentations, client visits, target performance, and reporting.
- Be the leader of the sales operation in B2B sales team and be the key support to the head of the B2B sales department by ensuring that the team achieves desired sales KPIs and expected revenue targets.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Sales Team Lead of Business to Business (B2B) accounts sales efforts and interface with the B2B internal and external Partner’s to ensure effective and efficient operations
- Oversee the daily B2B sales operation and ensure that it conforms to the approved and validated organizational sales strategy, revenue targets and other KPIs within the approved costs.
- Help to analyze customer requests and be able to consider different possibilities in developing optimized solutions.
- Mentoring, couching and inspiring the sales team to achieve the planned sales goals.
- In consultation with the finance and the head of the department help in setting individual sales targets for the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting the progress on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis through a validated dashboard to the B2B Head of department.
- Oversee the sales operation activities and achievement performance of the sales team and escalate with key stake holders when operation and achievement is not going in line.
- Coordinating the team on lead generation activities as validated by the Head of Department.
- Ensure on ongoing training of the Account Management team.
- Developing the sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the sales team organization and products by understanding B2B ideal customers and how they relate to the
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, qualification with professional marketing certifications like CIM, will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Proven record of sales leadership and professional experiences of at least 5 years.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and guiding a sales team.
JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES
- Understand the telco and ISP market, customers, and competitive information.
- Highly motivated and ability to create a sound relationship with the B2B Customer
- Ability to achieve sales target and revenue in monthly practice
- Able to provide continuous improvement in sales while building customer loyalty.
- Familiar with IT Solutions and Broadband Internet Services, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively with our customers and team members
