Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to promote university programs and increase student enrollment.
• Identify and engage with potential students through various channels such as social media, events, school visits, and phone calls.
• Build and maintain relationships with high schools, educational consultants, and other potential partners.
• Provide accurate information about our courses, programs, and scholarships to prospective students and their families.
• Achieve sales targets by converting leads into enrollments and following up with prospects effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and results to management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in education or a related industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-driven with a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and G-Suites.
