Position: Sales/Production Supervisor

Location: Chevron Monrovia Central Park, Vai Town, Bushrod Island, Monrovia, Liberia

Job Type: Full Time (48 hours work week; May be required to work Sundays and Holidays)

Position Summary

The Supervisor, Sales/Production will be required to serve as Team Lead for the staff working at the Ice Cream Parlor. S/he shall be the supervisor of a

Ø Support in the design and implementation of Marketing initiatives

Ø Supervises sales team to ensure production and sales of ice cream and other related products to meet revenue target

Ø Support in the production of ice cream

Ø Organize value prepositions to attract and retain segments of the market (children/youths/adults)

Ø Prepare periodic reports

Ø Drive social media marketing

Ø Monitor wholesale purchases

Ø Monitor Street Vendors

Ø Perform other duties as may be assigned

Education

Ø Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field of studies

Experience

Ø 2 years work experience in any field

Other Skills/Competencies

Ø Ability to write reports and do power point presentations

Ø Ability to analyze business trends and forecast

Ø Innovative

Ø People management skills

Ø Communication skills
