Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Planning
- Collaborate with the sales manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve/exceed targets.
- Assist in sales forecasting by analyzing historical data, market trends, and customer insights.
- Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Supervise and guide Sales Field Agents and Direct Sales Teams.
- Monitor individual/team performance metrics, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
- Conduct onboarding for new hires, ensuring proficiency in product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Organize ongoing training programs to enhance team skills and motivation.
- Account Management
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients (wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, distributors).
- Address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products/services.
- Lead Generation & Sales Execution
- Identify potential leads through proactive follow-up.
- Assist in order processing and coordinate with the supply chain for timely deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare regular sales reports (performance, activities, market insights) for management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer interactions, and contracts.
- Support audit compliance by ensuring proper documentation.
- Market & Competitive Analysis
- Research competitor strategies, strengths, and weaknesses to refine sales approaches.
- Track industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Team Motivation & Conflict Resolution
- Foster a positive team culture through recognition and incentive programs.
- Mediate conflicts within the team or with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Administrative Support
- Assist the manager in data-driven decision-making.
- Other duties as assigned
