POSITION: Sales Tools Supports and Technical-Commercial Agent
REPORTING TO: Indirect Distribution Administration Supervisor
DEPARTMENT: Indirect Distribution
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The primary responsibility of the Sales Tools Supports and Technico-Commercial Agent is to pilot and coordinate technical activities Implement the Distributor’s Governance Structure, Ensure proper execution of contract clauses between Orange Liberia and Distributors, on Indirect Distribution scoops, monitor and achievement of Indirect Distribution Projects and Deploy the Indirect Distribution processes to guarantee a Quality of Service (QoS).
Pilot and coordinate technical activities (Creation of float / PIN reset, Application, Technical Projects, etc.) for Sales and Indirect Distribution Networks:
o Follow up and monitor partners’ performance, Technical support, and complaints treatment
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Defines and updates the Distributor’s governance structure concerning processes
• Sets up Dashboards to monitor the Distributor’s performances and obligations
• Ensures the management of alarms in the event of fraud, breaches of obligations, loss of performance
• Organizes periodic meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc, etc.) for Distributors monitoring
• Organizes necessaries in collaboration with all the departments, and meetings to deal with major issues: warning, selection, deselection, replacement Distributor, etc.
• Update partner’s contracts (amendments)
• Ensuring compliance with the terms of the Distribution Contract
o Identifies dysfunctions in Indirect Distribution area and makes recommendations
o Formalize the needs of business users and write the correct specifications of projects
o Analyze the proposals of suppliers and gives validations
o Ensures the deployment of Tools and checks their compliance with the specifications
o Follows the expenses and planning of MIS projects
o Report training needs on applications and procedures
o Analyze service, guarantees, and maintenance contracts.
o Produce statistics and ad hoc reports
o Write and update Indirect Distribution procedures.
o Control the application of procedures and commercial instructions
o Collect data to produce the process dashboard
o Prepare data for certification activities and Participate in operational Audit missions
• Identify relevant initiatives/projects, collects requests and projects of all the Department and Stakeholders, conducts and monitor the achievement of said Projects in a defined timing
• Traces and controls the actions relating to its scope of activity
• Provides regular, reliable, and synthetic consolidated reporting to measure the dynamics (quantity and quality), and the impact on the development of performances of Distribution Channels
• Identify dysfunctions in the Indirect Distribution process and find goods solutions to the proper conduct of its activities
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
Experience:
o Two to five years experience in sales and distribution, with project mentioning as a key team member.
o Worked in a controlled process in Indirect Distribution
o Experience in customer relationship management.
