Role Overview

SEGAL is currently seeking vigilant, reliable, and professional Security Guards to join

our team. The ideal candidate will safeguard our CLIENT facilities, ensure the safety of

employees and visitors, and protect CLIENT assets against theft, vandalism, and

unauthorized access.

Key Responsibilities

• Access Control: Monitor the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and

vendors.

• Patrol Operations: Regularly patrol designated premises to maintain a visible

security presence and prevent infractions.

• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to alarms, investigate disturbances,

and assist during emergencies (fire, medical, etc.).

• Incident Reporting: Maintain accurate logs and write detailed reports on daily

activities and any unusual occurrences.

• Asset Protection: Ensure doors, windows, and gates are secure and protect

property from damage or theft.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (vocational or law enforcement

training is a plus).

• Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience in security, law enforcement,

or the military.

• Physical Fitness: Must be in good physical condition, capable of standing for

long periods, and performing routine patrols.

Background Check: Must pass a thorough background check and security

vetting.

• Skills: Excellent observational skills, strong communication, and a calm, decisive

demeanour under pressure.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Highly motivational, depending on experience.

• Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical insurance, paid time off,

social security, etc., etc.

• Schedule: 8 hours on a 24/7 basis (Must be available to work rotating shifts,

weekends, or holidays).
