The Position
Easy Solar is recruiting a dynamic,well-organized and experiencedShop Coordinatorfor Monrovia, Liberia. The job of the Shop Coordinator is to ensure ALL customers and potential customers who come in contact with an Easy Solar Shop or Staff under their supervision are satisfied and/or an action has been taken, with the customer’s consent and knowledge, that will shortly result in their satisfaction
General Duties and Responsibilities
- Running the day-to-day operations of the Easy Solar Shop (the local Easy Solar representation), ensuring a great customer experience through friendly and professional service and by providing an inviting environment
- Guiding and serving Easy Solar customers along the final steps before the hand-over of their Products (incl. the customer qualifications check, the signing of the contract, and arranging the installation appointment)
- Tracking information and managing stocks, using Easy Solar’s software systems
- Ensuring walk-in customers are excited by sharing information about Easy Solar’s products and services
- Training the customer on appropriate use of the Products (during hand-over and after sales)
- Managing the support staff at the Easy Solar Shop
- Conducting daily sales meeting with Shop Staff and Brand Ambassadors in order to effectively plan routes and/or activities for the day.
Required Experience, Education
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably a business/management degree)
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in a customer service related field
Additional Skills
- Strong Customer service orientation
- Strong organizational skills
- Fluency in English and Colloquia; local dialect skills are desirable
- Excellent communication skills and strong service orientation
- Dynamic, target-driven and highly motivated self-starter that possesses a hands-on approach and social competencies for teamwork and management
