Job purpose
Like the Classroom Teacher, the Sign Language Interpreter will be responsible for the out bringing of the student’s interest in the educational areas and learning development. Through listening and passing down information to students by means of interpretation.

Internal relationships: Students and another coworker, MML
External relationships: Ministry of Education and Liberia National
Association of the deaf.
Reports to: Head Teacher (principal)
Direct reports: Registrar and Vice principal

C, B Certificate, AA degree in Education or related disciplines. General knowledge in ASL, certificate of training in sigh language |
Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching deaf or hard of hearing students.
Demonstrate good knowledge of thesubject matter.
Experience in managing students
Experience in planning anddeveloping lessons.
