MISSION/CORE PURPOSE

The Specialist, Indirect Sales is responsible to ensure process provisioning through the sales support for products and services for new clients. Provide information for the analyses of client account performance and ensure that they meet their payment obligation on a timely basis. Develop and maintain good business relationship with client.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Focus on relevant market segments for the development of segment specific value propositions.
• Monitor competitor products, services and activities in the segment and make recommendation
• Provide input and feedback to company on the market trends, needs and activities through Direct Sales Agents
• Manage and resolve day to day operational requirements of the Indirect Sales portfolio
• Plan and manage delivery of projects and products relevant to the Indirect Sales portfolio across the counties
• Develop and maintain indirect distribution channels for the EBU products and Services
• Increase momentum for sales and Marketing awareness for all Indirect Sales related services
• Lead the Indirect Sales team and provide guidance
• Collect on all invoices delivered.
• Deliver on revenue Targets
• Weekly performance Report
• Grow segment by increasingly closing new deals
• manage and Retain existing base
• Ensure active contracting agreement all accounts

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Education
• Bachelor of Arts or Science degree.
Experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Accountant or person with Sales experience
