PRIMARY FUNCTION OF JOB (Mission)
 Integrating maintenance, metallurgy and operational planning
 Plant shutdown management and process equipment commissioning
 Developing management operating systems
 Investigating Incidents/Accidents
 Managing costs and budgeting
Education Requirements for this position (Formal qualifications)
Essential
 Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Metallurgy or Mining Process Management
Desirable:
 Certificate of Competency Registered Mine Manager (Works)
 Maintenance Engineering Qualification

Key experiences/skills needed prior to taking this position
Essential
 Significant experience in Senior Roles in Minerals processing operations, including several
years in Frontline Leadership
 Knowledge of Competency-based training systems
