POSITION : TADIG Engineer/Roaming Coordinator

REPORTING TO : Roaming Manager

DEPARTMENT : Technology

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• Coordinators the day to day work activities of the Roaming Department
• Responsible for TADIG testing
• Daily Monitor the TAP files and NRTRDE Files transfer and exchange with roaming partners
• Coordinates between DCH and MIS team
• Configure operators IMSI in TIMM for testing
• Weekly update of roaming database
• Troubleshooting of Roaming issues
• Provide remote support to customers to use the roaming service.
• Provide support to the Roaming Center
• Monitor the TAP file transfer

MAIN ACTIVITIES

TECHNICAL ACTIVITIES:

• Validating Test TAP File against Standard IR 24 & IR 35 test performed Inbound and Outbound
• Performing secondary testing (short tests, 3G voice and data testing)
• Configure new roaming agreements in TIMM
• Troubleshooting Orange subscribers abroad and roaming problems
• Providing support to IREG Engineers

ADMINISTRATIVE AND ORGANIZATION ACTIVITIES:

• Update and circulate daily Prepaid Voice and SMS report.
• Provide operators zoning info to IN for implementation
• Provide Roaming Center testing templates for billing testing
• Generate and circulates KAKI reports

POSITION’S CRITICAL DIMENSION

• Technical support to resolve Roaming issues
• Technical assistance to complete the new Roaming agreements.

SKILLS FOR THIS POSITION

• Quick in responding to the incidence and timely escalation.
• Knowledge in MS Office, Wireless technology and computer for reporting.
• Ability to work in shifts.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification : Technical Diploma or B.Sc. degree in Engineering

Requirement : Two or more years of work experience in Roaming

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to achieve objectives in an environment of strong operational pressure – essential.
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely – essential.
• Experience of TADIG testing
