Mercy Corps is seeking a supplier to provide local commodities (home grown food) for the ILA school feeding Program. The location of these local commodities should be based in Lofa, Nimba, Bong, Grand Bassa, Montserrado and Margibi.
If you are interested in submitting this tender, you will need to complete the Intent to Bid Form (ITB) and submit it according to the guidelines below. The forms are attached:

2. Procurement for the Purchase of local commodities for USAID/ILA Mercy Corps Liberia Program.

3. The Intend to Bid Form can be picked up at the Mercy Corps office [Sophie Junction, Congo Town, Tubman Boulevard, directly opposite SOS Medical Clinic].

Completed Intent to Bid Forms must be submitted to Mercy Corps by [Tuesday, October 15, 2024, CLOSE OF BUSINESS] in one of the below methods.

1. Intent to bid form can be requested through this email lr-tenders@mercycorps.org.
2. Submission of the fill, sign and stamp Intent to Bid (ITB) and Supplier Information Form (SIF) can be email to lr-tenders@mercycorps.org with the Tender Reference number in the email subject line.
3. Return the completed Intent to Bid Form in person and put it in the Tender Box placed at the Mercy Corps office [Sophie Junction, Congo Town, Tubman Boulevard, directly opposite SOS Medical Clinic. The Tender Reference number should be written in the envelope.

After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the Request for Bid will be sent to the suppliers who submitted Intent to Bid Forms. The Request for Bid / Request for Proposal will be sent according to the preference you have mentioned in the Intent to Bid Form.
