impacting the lives of over 560,000 Liberians. BRAC Liberia is looking for competent, dynamic and self-motivated
Staff to fill the following regular International position.
Position: Number of Vacancies: One (1)
Job Title : Manager, Budgeting and Reporting
Tenure : 1 year (Renewable based on budget)
Salary : Negotiable
Reports to : Finance and Accounts Manager
Duty Station : Country Office
Purpose: For preparing budgets, cost monitoring, quality review and reporting.
Key responsibilities:
i. Budget preparation
ii. Preparation of Financial statements
iii. Donor Reporting
iv. SBI Cloud quality check
v. Cost monitoring
vi. Bank account follow-u[
vii. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or the Country Representative.
Knowledge, Skills and competencies:
 Expertise in Donor budget preparation and Donor and Financial reporting
 Sound knowledge in IAS/IFRS/IPSAS
 Advanced user in MS Excel and Word
 Cost sharing knowledge between projects

Education and experience:
Education: Masters Degree in Accounting, CA/ACCA
Experience: 3 years’ experience in Donor reporting, budgeting and quality review.
