Summary of Position:
The Participant Tracker Manager will be in charge of providing supervision, administrative support and guidance to Site Tracker Supervisors and Field Supervisors during and after the research participant’s enrollment in the study. He/she will ensure proper coordination of Site Trackers Supervisors and Field Supervisors in engagement with the Trackers in the field as they follow up with participants. He/she will establish and maintain interpersonal relationships with the team and participants at all times. He/she shall liaise with other Social Mobilization and Communication Managers in engagement with participants and communities. He/she will be required to have the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a pressured environment.
Description of Responsibilities:
 Provides regular supervision and monitoring of Site Tracker Supervisors and Field Supervisors for tracking of study participants.
 Coordinates the activities of Site Tracker Supervisors and Field Supervisors.
 Properly documents and submits reports on monitoring and tracking.
 Provides technical support to the Site Tracker Supervisors and Field Supervisors where necessary and ensures adherence to the standards.
 Develops and supervises the implementation of plans and strategies for study retention.
 Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
 Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, or Sociology
 Preferred Job-related Experience: At least three (3) years of experience in supervision and coordination.
 Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Minimum of two (2) years of supervision and coordination experience.
