Summary of Position:
The Traffic Flow Assistant for the PREVAC Study is responsible for providing administrative support and assistance during the execution of providing guidance and direction of traffic flow for participants and others. Job responsibilities might vary depending on the type of assignment. The traffic flow assistant must be able to establish and maintain interpersonal relations and have excellent customer relations. The traffic flow assistant is required to have the ability to handle multiple tasks and the capacity to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Description of Responsibilities:
 Provide traffic management assistance in performing daily activities.
 Monitor the flow of traffic for any disorderly conduct.
 Establish and maintain positive relationships with participants, clients, staff, and others.
 Ensure proper circulation of information.
 Provide administrative and logistical support when necessary.
 Gather accurate information in order to circulate or disseminate the information gathered.
 Retrieve and file participants’ medical records according to the data management’s SOP.
 Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
 Education: High School Diploma required. Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree or Certificate
