POSITION : Voice Product Assistant
REPORTING TO : Senior Manager – Marketing B2B
DEPARTMENT : Marketing and Communications
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The role will assist in voice product monitoring and performance. Conduct market analysis and promote the orange brand.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
More specifically the role will include:
- Analyze the needs of the retail market, anticipate its evolution (carry out a monitoring and benchmarks by looking at both national markets)
- Analyze the competition in order to identify in advance the opportunities and threats for the development of our market share and value.
- Build the Marketing offer and propose the catalogue of voice offers necessary to maintain OLIB’s competitiveness: Elaboration of commercial documents such as the sale brief, sale argument, the customer qualification form… (by developing an approach that is part of the policy of quality, loyalty and improvement of the customer relationship).
- Ensure the implementation of the marketing plan, and manage the internet and ICT product roadmap within the framework of the strategic orientations defined
- Advice and follow up on the communication plan for the offers: validation of the communication support proposed by the Communication department and ensure a success Go to market
- Analyze the performance of offers and propose corrective measures to ensure profitability: production of reports & analyses on uses and developments.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Diploma in Marketing, or related field. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience as a Marketing Assistant is required.
