Easy Recruit Liberia is recruiting on behalf of a Fast Food Restaurant in Monrovia for the
Position of WAITER.

Job Description

Position Summary:
The Waiter should be a customer centric person who will give our valued
customers an experience when they enter our fast food restaurant. S/he shall be
responsible to greet customers on arrival at the restaurant, usher them into the
restaurant in a friendly manner, take their orders and ensure they are served timely.
Job Responsibilities
 Meet and Greet customers as they arrive at the restaurant.
 Usher them into the restaurant in a friendly manner and take their orders.
 Present menus to customers and answer questions about menu items, making
recommendations upon request.
 Serve customers based on their individual requests;
 Check with customers to ensure that they are satisfied and that expectations
of their visit is met, and if not, take corrective actions to ensure they have a
great experience.
 Clean tables or counters after customers have finished dining.
 Work closely with kitchen staff and cashiers to assemble orders and ensure
customers are satisfied
 Be prepared to work on shifts including Sundays, holidays and evening
hours;
 Assist in other duties as may be assigned.
