We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive Warehouse Staff (Pharmacy) to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring accurate inventory management, proper storage of pharmaceutical products, and timely distribution to support our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming pharmaceutical supplies against invoices and delivery notes.
- Ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products in compliance with Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP).
- Maintain accurate stock records and update the inventory management system daily.
- Monitor product expiry dates and implement First-Expiry-First-Out (FEFO) and First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory practices.
- Assist in regular stock counts and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Prepare and package pharmaceutical orders for distribution to outlets, hospitals, and clinics.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Support the warehouse team in loading and unloading goods safely.
- Ensure all documentation related to stock movement is accurate, complete, and properly filed.
- Report damaged or missing products promptly to the supervisor.
- Comply with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines for pharmaceutical warehousing.
Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in warehousing or supply chain is an advantage.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations (pharmaceutical experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and basic computer literacy (MS Office, warehouse software).
- Familiarity with Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP) is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and organize stock.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- High level of integrity and accountability.
