Duties

The Warehouse Supervisor position is within the General Services Office (GSO) of U.S. Embassy Monrovia. The position is responsible for the management and supervision of the supply warehouse operations involving the ordering, stocking, distribution, and inventorying of all supply classes including both expendable and non-expendable items. This position provides direct supervision to all warehouse personnel, a total of 16 employees. The position reports directly to the General Services Officer.

Qualifications and Evaluations

Requirements:

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of three years of experience in warehousing and logistical support services, at least one year must have been at the supervisory level.

 

Education Requirements:

Completion of secondary school is required.

Evaluations:

LANGUAGE:English level III (Good working knowledge) Reading/Writing/Speaking is required. This may be tested

SKILLS TESTING:Computer skills may be tested.
