President’s Young Professionals Program
The President’s Young Professionals Program (PYPP) of Liberia is a prestigious and competitive two-year program that recruits and places recent Liberian university graduates in important government roles and provides them with training and mentorship as they support the government’s top priorities.

Mineke Foundation was founded in 2009 by Tonia Dabwe to continue the work of her Liberian father and Dutch mother in Liberia. Tonia's mother went missing during the Liberian civil war. Mineke Foundation provides vocational education, computer classes/digital skills training, and social clubs for children, teenagers, and women. Our core philosophy is that people are responsible for their own lives. Mineke Foundation is a fully accredited local Liberian NGO and vocational training center.
