Corporate Structure
PERT Consultancy’s structure comprises a Board of Advisors, a Chief Managing Officer, and two departments – Finance and Administration and Technical Operations. The Finance and Administrative Department provides support functions, including finance, human resources, procurement, administration, logistics, ICT, marketing, branding, and assets management. The Technical Operations Department is responsible for delivering PERT Consultancy’s service to clients.
