Job Title: Heavy Duty Driver (11Persons)

Logistics Location: Monrovia

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safely operate heavy-duty trucks to transport goods and materials to designated locations.
2. Follow established routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
3. Load and unload cargo, ensuring that it is properly secured and handled with care.
4. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Heavy Duty driving, with a focus on technical aspects such as Trucks maintenance, transportation knowledge, and equipment procurement.
5. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness.
6. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
7. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
8. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues.
9. Report any vehicle defects or maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate personnel.
10. Uphold high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service at all times.

Qualifications:

1. Valid commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record.
2. Proven Driving Certificate, preferably Heavy Duty.
3. Proven experience as a Heavy Duty Driver, preferably in a logistics or transportation setting.
4. Ability to operate heavy-duty trucks safely and efficiently.
5. Excellent driving skills, including maneuvering in various road and weather conditions.
6. Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
10. Physical stamina and strength to handle loading and unloading of heavy cargo.
11. Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings as required.
