Marketing Manager

Required Qualifications:

This position requires a BBA degree and at least 5+ years of relevant work experience.

• Experience working in the private sector
• Five years demonstrated proficiency in Marketing and customer service
• Experience in digital marketing will be a bonus
• Master level degree or higher will be added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Provide input in the articulation of CICA marketing communication strategy including policies, procedures and guidelines
• Collaborate with subsidiary Directors, Head of Sales and design appropriate marketing solution to drive sales, customer retention for each product
• Identify required resources and articulate effective funding to achieve the company’s strategy
• Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders especially media agencies
• Coordinate all activities of the marketing communication function and ensure compliance with defined policies, procedures and guidelines
• Execute marketing communication plans for promotions, events/sponsorship and other marketing activities/initiatives
• Manage inter-functional relations to ensure synergy across the various departmental functions
• Monitor and control the budgetary needs of the company
• Prepare/compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the Managing Director
• Perform other duties as assigned by Managing Director
