Overall objective of the job | To support the smooth implementation of the Sustainable National Societies and Resilient Communities (SNSRC) project in Liberia while ensuring that the implementation of the project is led by and own by the Liberia National Red Cross Society. | ||

Location | National Headquarters (the post holder will be expected to travel out of location to the project counties (Grand Gedeh, Rivercess & Maryland) for official purposes). |
The project Coordinator is expected to provide support, coaching and practical recommendations to the Liberia National Red Cross Society in the implementation of the Sustainable National Societies and Resilient Communities (SNSRC) project. He / she is especially expected to provide support to the National Society in the area of Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting (PMER). He / she is further expected to coordinate support from additional SRC technical resources to the Liberia National Red Cross Society. The project Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring adherence to back – donor requirement and internal requirements as well as to ensure that the project contributes to the overall objectives of the global programme as well as the strategic priorities of the Liberia National Red Cross Society
The post holder shall have no oversight on any staff; except for technical volunteers that would be assigned to the project.
