Plan International Liberia invites the general public to participate in the auction of assets identified for disposal on the basis of ‘as is where is’; the following categories of assets:
Vehicles, motorbikes, generators and Furniture etc. The public notice will run from 11th – 25th August 2026 where interested bidders are requested to view the assets at the below office locations and take delivery of details including the asset disposal expression form and indicated the desired item and price sealed in an envelope and placed in the various tender box. Viewing and collection of details including asset disposal expression form ends on 25th August 2026. NO VIEWING AND COLLECTION OF DETAILS ON WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS ALLOWED.
Inspection of the items will be undertaken at the respective dates and locations stated below:

INSTRUCTIONS:
The bid documents (Asset disposal form by sale, etc) are to be collected from the following Plan International Liberia office locations from August 12 – 25, 2026:
The items can be inspected at the same locations and dates mentioned above. Collection of bids and inspection time is from 10:00am – 3:45Pm.
Submission Deadline:
Sealed Bids must be delivered to the respective office locations tender box on or before 25th August. Late bids, those not in sealed envelopes or incomplete, will be rejected. Plan International Liberia will take no responsibility for bids not delivered appropriately and directly to its respective office locations.
Bid Opening:
Bids will be opened and evaluated in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the various office locations from 26 to 27, August 2026 at 10:30am respectively.
Only bidders who have submitted an offer shall participate in the opening of bids.
Winners of Bids
Winning Bidders will be notified appropriately and will have only 3 days to make payment and will be issued receipt from Plan International Liberia for payment made. Failure to make payment will result in the next highest bidder being offered the specific item. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to pay the required government tax at LRA based upon the value paid for the vehicles including motorbikes, and submit copy of the original flag receipt to Plan International Liberia prior to the asset being handed over.
