Plan International Liberia is in search of a competent, qualified, and experienced IT Service Provider that will build a System which is capable of Asset Tracking, Asset Lifecycle Management, Asset Maintenance Scheduling, and Contract management, supporting different Projects and Grants. This should be a web-based application that can be accessed anywhere and anytime.
