Job Description: Sales Agent Position at M&J Distribution, Monrovia Position: Full-Time Sales Agent

Available Positions: 4 (One for each branch location)

Branch Locations:

– Freeport of Monrovia

– 15th Street Sinkor

– ELWA Junction

– Thinker Village

About Us: M&J Distribution, a subsidiary of M&J Warehouse, is a leading supplier in the construction industry in Liberia. Our offerings encompass a wide range of products and services, including our new product, Power Cement, along with various other construction materials and machinery.

Job Summary: We are seeking four energetic and motivated Sales Agents to join our team, one for each of our branch locations. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our wide array of products, including

Power Cement, a new addition to our product line. This is a commission based role with unlimited earning possibilities tied to performance.

Responsibilities:

– Promoting and selling Power Cement, our new product, along with other construction materials and machinery

– Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities within the designated branch location

– Providing exceptional customer service, including after-sales support – Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets specific to the branch – Understanding the technical aspects of our products and services – Managing and maintaining sales records

– Attending sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required

Requirements:

– Previous experience in sales, preferably in the construction or related industry

– Strong communication and negotiation skills

– Ability to understand technical product information

– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

– Valid driving license (preferred)

– Flexibility to travel as needed
