Warehouse keeper (vehicle spare parts)

Wide experience in spare parts especially Toyota and Nissan.
Understands the process of maintenance workshop.
Understands technicians’ requests, job cards and written reports.
Manage Inbound Parts sent by dealers.
Wide knowledge in computer, excel, word, etc.
Ensuring Customer Service targets and commitments are met
Liaising with Dealer Point Parts staff daily to confirm delivery service availability, hours available to sell, customer issues
To maintain good customer contacts, both over the telephone and by means of regular visits and thereby enhance customer satisfaction
Follow up on shortages and expedite by reporting to the Parts Manager
Managing mailbox inquiries
Verifying and releasing parts plus part registration

Education & Experience:
University graduate.
Experience with light vehicles (Land cruiser, Nissan patrol, Prado etc).
Expert skills in Microsoft office (specifically Word and Excel).
Experience working in operations support functions such as warehousing, logistics
