- Project Background
The GROWN Liberia initiative builds on the foundation of CRS Liberia’s ongoing HELINA project, which has been implemented across four phases since 2021. HELINA has focused on improving maternal and child nutrition through integrated interventions in nutrition, WASH, urban gardening, financial inclusion, and vocational skills development. To date, the project has reached over 2,090 participants, including 1,116 adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) and 974 children under two, demonstrating CRS’s strong footprint and community trust.
- Purpose of this RFP
The purpose of this Terms of Reference (TOR) is to engage a consultant or an agriculture input supplier with experience in installing and maintaining simple drip irrigation systems with farmers and/or farmers groups as a service provider. The service provider will work with the project team and farmers to install ten (10) drip irrigation kits and train farmers to operate and maintain the system on their fields.
