LBR_STA_ITT_SP_041 Short-Term Agreement.

Plan International Liberia invites proposals from reputable suppliers to provide educational materials to our regional offices through a competitive tendering process. Proposals are hereby solicited for the supply and delivery of materials to the following locations:
Lot 1: Tubmanburg Office, Bomi
Lot 2: Voinjama Office, Lofa

Bid submissions must be delivered in physical (Hard Copy) form by Friday, 29th May 2026, at 12:00 pm, to the addresses listed below:

The bid opening is scheduled for June 2, 2026, at 10:00 am and will be attended by bidders or their authorized representatives. Particularly, companies owned and operated by women, or those actively engaged in promoting gender equality and women’s empowerment within the workplace, are strongly encouraged to submit proposals.
Each bidder is required to submit only one proposal. Submission of multiple proposals by a single entity or by companies with shared ownership will lead to the disqualification of all such parties, without affecting the integrity of the overall tender process.
