Plan International Liberia (PIL) serves as the Principal Recipient for TB/HIV components and C19RM under grants from The Global Fund (GC7). Through this role, PIL has played a critical part in strengthening Liberia’s health infrastructure and systems.

In close collaboration with the Ministry of Health Liberia and key stakeholders, PIL continues to advance efforts to build a resilient and integrated health system. This approach focuses on improving healthcare infrastructure, strengthening supply chain systems, and enhancing the country’s capacity to deliver quality health services.

As part of the Global Fund GC7 interventions, PIL and the MOH are in search of a qualified and experienced IT Service Provider that will Development and Deployment of a National HIV/TB e-Tracker in DHIS2 (Case-based Tracker)
This should be web-based application that can be accessed anywhere and anytime.

 

Requirements Include Valid Tax clearance, provide copy of Articles of Incorporation, Current Business Registration, Registration and Past performance Record including names & contact.
