The Paramount Young Women Initiative is seeking an experienced consultant to develop a comprehensive and engaging Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) manual. This manual will serve as a resource for PAYOWI’s Heart-To-Heart Mentoring Circle program in High School.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Development: Design and structure the SRHR manual with modules covering essential topics such as sexual health, reproductive rights, gender equality, and health education.
• Research & Evidence Gathering: Conduct thorough research on current SRHR issues, incorporating global and local perspectives to ensure relevance and accuracy.

• Audience-Specific Design: Tailor the manual to meet the needs of all Mentees.
• Evaluation and Testing: Conduct pilot tests of the manual, gather feedback from target audiences, and make necessary revisions for clarity and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• Educational Background: Advanced degree in Public Health, Education, Social Sciences, Gender Studies, or a related field.
• Relevant Experience: At least 5 years of experience in SRHR, curriculum development, health education, or related fields.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SRHR topics, gender equality, and rights-based approaches.

• Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate complex information in an accessible, engaging format for diverse audiences.
• Languages: Fluency in English .
