Partners In Health(PIH) invites your submission of a bid to provide Goods (Assorted IPC Supplies) in accordance with the conditions detailed in the attached documents/bid package. PIH intends to issue a contract/PO for the following goods/services to be deliver in time as require.

How to acquire the full bid package?

• All interested bidder can request the full bid package using this link: libsuppliesmonrovia@pih.org

Your tender response must be received in the following format:

• Full completion of the “Bidder Response” document in order that your bid may be regarded as compliant. Those bids returned not completed may be treated as void.
• Hard copies of bid to be submitted on headed paper.
• Bids to be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to Partners In Health at the below address. The envelope should indicate the ITB reference number, but have no other details relating to the bid.
• Partners in Health will contact you should there be need for samples in relation to each line items as part of the bidding process.

Your return BID package must be received at the address below not later than Time: 4.30PM, July 23, 2020 (“the Closing Date”). Failure to meet the Closing Date may result in the bid being void. Returned bids must remain valid for consideration for a period of not less than 60 days from the Closing Date. Partners In Health is under no obligation to award the contract/PO or to award it to the lowest bidder.
