Reference: Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Operation and Maintenance of Water Supply System in Sarah Johnson Quarter – GATE 15, rural Montserrado County

You may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at our offices from 09:00 to 16:00 hours. The procurement process for this contract will be generally in compliance with the framework set by the Public Procurement and Concessions Commission (PPCC).

The estimated timetable is as follows:

• Issue of Bidding Documents: October 30, 2024
• Pre-Bid Meeting: November 12, 2024, at 11 am
• Clarification Questions Deadline: November 18, 2024.
• Deadline for Submission of Bids: November 28, 2024, at 11:00 am

Bids must be delivered to the address set out above at or before the date set out in the timetable in this Bid Data Sheet. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address and at the time set out in the bidding documents.

Please note in particular, the timelines given in this Bid Data Sheet, which gives the times for various stages of the procurement process. No further invitations will be issued, except to vary the timeline.
