THE REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

1. BRAC International/Liberia in the Republic of Liberia seeks an Expression of Interest (EOI) from duly registered companies to supply and deliver One 4×4 Double Cabin Pickup and One 4×4 SUV High Top preferred Years Models (2023, 2024 & 2025) – DAP BRAC Country Office, Monrovia, Liberia
2. The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to assess potential companies that can provide BRAC International/Liberia with the ability, skill, and knowledge with respect to the supply and delivery of One 4×4 Double Cabin Pickup and One 4×4 SUV High Top preferred Years Models (2023, 2024 & 2025) as specified above. BRAC International/Liberia will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly and intends to issue an Invitation to Tender (ITT) to companies expressing their interest and providing initial relevant information demonstrating their ability to fulfil BRAC International/Liberia requirements.
3. The EOI should specify brief relevant information about the company, including the company’s profile, capacity/capability and experience.

Vendors will be shortlisted based on their ability to provide the relevant documents showing that they are authorised to undertake business in the Republic of Liberia and neighbouring countries. Interested vendors must also provide a copy of the company’s registration certificate and/or license(s) with their response.

1. The requested information will only be used by BRAC International/Liberia for internal planning purposes, will be kept strictly confidential, and only authorised personnel will have access to it. Please note that this request for EOI is not an invitation to the submission of a bid.
2. BRAC International/Liberia reserves the right to select the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities, and submission of an EOI would not automatically warrant receipt of the (ITT) documents. BRAC International/Liberia reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the deadline indicated below.
3. The Expression of interest should be submitted through email to bidsubmission.liberia@brac.net and copy sumo.jallah@brac.net with a clearly written subject “EOI” – Expression of Interest for the Supply and Delivery of TVET Materials for BRAC International/Liberia at BRAC Liberia Country Office, 16th Street, Gardner Avenue, Sinkor Beachside, Monrovia, Liberia not later than 26 September 2025, 15:00 hours Monrovia time (GMT+00).
4. As the objective of this EOI is to gather information on the availability of the potential suppliers, services and ability to deliver the requested items in the specific location promptly, your willingness and ability to reply will be of mutual benefit
5. After this EOI and the submissions received, BRAC International/Liberia may request clarification through email or a site visit for further information to have a better understanding of the documents submitted by your company.- Please confirm whether your company is willing to respond to any clarification request, including the site visit if it is needed, that may be raised by BRAC International/Liberia.

Vendors interested in participating in the planned solicitation process should complete and submit the vendor response form of this EOI either electronically (Through the link available on the next page) or send it via email to BRAC International/Liberia before the closing date set forth above.
