Motorcycles are an essential asset to Mercy Corps in facilitating the operations/logistics function, hence effective delivery of the core mandate. This tender is therefore a strategic measure to lock future terms and conditions of engagement, for motorcycles acquisition.
Mercy Corps is seeking a supplier to Supply twenty-four (24) motorcycles for the ILA team and partners to support the Mercy Corps Country Office Program in Liberia. The project is located in [Monrovia, Liberia].
If you are interested in submitting this tender, you will need to complete the Intent to Bid Form (ITB) and submit it according to the guidelines below. The forms are attached:

The suppliers can download the Intent to Bid Form on this link:ILA INTENT TO BID FORM – Procurement for the Purchase of twenty-four (24) motorcycles for USAID/ILA Mercy Corps Liberia Program.

The Intend to Bid Form can be picked up at the Mercy Corps office [Sophie Junction, Congo Town, Tubman Boulevard, directly opposite SOS Medical Clinic].
Completed Intent to Bid Forms must be submitted to Mercy Corps by [January 17, 2024, from 9:00 am-4:30 pm January 24, 2024] in one of the below methods.
1.
Email the completed Intent to Bid Form to lr-tenders@mercycorps.org with the Tender Reference number in the email subject line.
2.
Return the completed Intent to Bid Form in person and put it in the Tender Box placed at the Mercy Corps office [Sophie Junction, Congo Town, Tubman Boulevard, directly opposite SOS Medical Clinic. The Tender Reference number should be written in the envelope.
After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the Request for Bid will be sent to the suppliers who submitted Intent to Bid Forms. The Request for Bid / Request for Proposal will be sent according to the preference you have mentioned in the Intent to Bid Form
