CHAI is supporting expansion of the Package of Essential Non-Communicable Disease Interventions – Plus (PEN-Plus) model to strengthen screening, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for severe chronic non-communicable diseases (NCDs) at first-referral hospitals in Liberia.
CHAI invites manufacturers and authorized distributors to submit expressions of interest (EOI) for the supply of quality-assured PEN-Plus commodities to Liberia. This EOI is issued for planning and pre-qualification purposes and is not a Call for Proposals, a Request for Tender, or an offer to contract.
Submissions should include a signed cover letter, the completed EOI Response Form (excel), and the attachments listed in the Response Form. CHAI will invite shortlisted vendors to respond to a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Qualified vendors can submit expressions of interest on or before 27 October 2026 by 11:59pm GMT.
