Liberia National Red Cross Society is a humanitarian organization focused on providing assistance to vulnerable people. The Liberia National Red Cross Society is a Voluntary Humanitarian Organization and an auxiliary to the Government, delivering services to the most vulnerable in emergencies, including disasters, conflict, civil strife, ill-health, and contextual social issues

The Liberia National Red Cross Society (LNRCS) works throughout the 15 counties. The LNRCS is an impartial, neutral, and independent organization whose mandate is to inspire, encourage, facilitate, and promote at all time all forms of humanitarian activities.

Based on the above, the Liberia National Red Cross Society (LNRCS) invites sealed bids from suitably qualified and experienced vendors to be selected as Preferred Vendors to Supply the following categories of materials and services for a period of six (6) months.

All goods and services must comply with the specifications outlined in the Invitation to Bid (ITB). The materials provided must be of sound, fair, and marketable quality, and suitable for their intended purpose.

2. Supply of Building Materials (ITB/NS/2025/LNRCS/PV/004 )

3. Supply of Electrical Appliance ( ITB/NS/2025/LNRCS/PV/005)

4. Supply of Catering Service & Hall Rental (ITB/NS/2025/LNRCS/PV/009 )

5. Supply of Assorted First Aid Materials & Medical Drugs (ITB/NS/2025/LNRCS/PV/010)
