ELECTIONS COORDINATING COMMITTEE

The Elections Coordinating Committee (ECC) intends to apply part of its budgetary allocations from its LIDEO project budget that is funded by USAID for the procurement of vehicle.

Commodities: Like or similar to one (1) Toyota Land Cruiser SUV (Right-hand drive) 4×4. Please note that the vehicles will be used in extreme climatic and off-road physical conditions.

A US-manufactured vehicle is preferred.

Submission Deadline

Proposals must be received on or before June 15, 2024, at 5:00 PM GMT.

Late submissions will not be accepted.

All proposals are to be submitted following the guidelines listed below.

ECC may request additional documents after the bid deadline.

ECC will evaluate complete bidders’ quotation to determine which quotes represent the best values to the ECC. This is an unsealed solicitation request. ECC reserved the right to negotiate with the bidders with or without discussion

• Any applicable warranty & service Information
  • To be included the warranty must be valid in Monrovia, Liberia

• Estimated delivery date and costs to deliver to Monrovia, Liberia
• Vehicles must be new
• ECC reserves the right to make changes or cancel this solicitation as required by USAID

• Please include shipping costs to Monrovia, Liberia if unable to provide shipping services, please include specific location of vehicles
• Include transit insurance to cover full value

Awards

• ECC will run an open and fair competitive bidding process.

• As warranted, ECC may increase or decrease the quantities.
