Mercy Corps is seeking a supplier to provide local commodities (home-grown food) for the ILA school feeding project. The location of these local commodities will be based in Lofa, Nimba, Bong, Grand Bassa, Montserrado, and Margibi.

The deadline for the Completed Intent to Bid Forms from [March 25, 2024, to April 2, 2024]

Submission of the fill, sign and stamp Intent to Bid (ITB) can be email to lr-tenders@mercycorps.org with the Tender Reference number in the email subject line.

Return the completed Intent to Bid Form in person and put it in the Tender Box placed at the Mercy Corps office [Sophie Junction, Congo Town, Tubman Boulevard, directly opposite SOS Medical Clinic. The Tender Reference number should be written in the envelope.

After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the Request for Bid will be sent to the suppliers who submitted Intent to Bid Forms. The Request for Bid / Request for Proposal will be sent according to the preference you have mentioned in the Intent to Bid Form.
