Mineke Foundation was founded in 2009 by Tonia Dabwe to continue the work of her Liberian father and Dutch mother in Liberia. Tonia’s mother went missing during the Liberian civil war. Mineke Foundation provides vocational education, computer classes/digital skills training, and social clubs for children, teenagers, and women. Our core philosophy is that people are responsible for their own lives. Mineke Foundation is a fully accredited local Liberian NGO and vocational training center.
