Background

1. Background

The Development Education Network-Liberia (DEN-L), a local organization in Bong County, is planning to establish and run a Development Studies Center (DSC), a tertiary institution committed to providing its participants with quality and useful skills and educational experiences that support the successful completion of degrees, diplomas and certificates in relevant programs based on participants needs.

As part of the preparation for the registration of the DSC with the Commission of Higher Education in Liberia, DEN-L is bidding for a qualified and legal business or vendor to supply office and other instructional equipment to prepare the DSC for conducive learning.

Bidding Package:A bidding package with instructions and forms can be picked up at our head office on Dementa Road, Gbarnga City, Bong County.

Bid Submission:Interested bidders can submit bid documents sealed in two enclosures including the Bidder’s Qualifications, description of bid items, and pricing. The Bid Proposal shall be submitted by the registered entity no later than the 2^nd of December 2024 at 1600 hours. A bona fide staff member must deliver the bid on behalf of the bidding entity. Bid Opening:The bid will be opened at 10:00 AM, December 10, 2024, local time on DEN-L Compound. The awarded bidder will be announced after evaluation.
